This Privacy Policy explains how the Tai Chi Week Planner progressive web app (“the App”) handles information. The App is a practice planner for Yang-style Tai Chi.
The App stores the following in your browser’s local storage (it stays on your device unless you clear site data):
Clearing your browser data for this site, or resetting progress in Settings, removes that information from the device.
If you turn on daily reminders and grant notification permission, the App may schedule a local reminder on your device. Notification permission is optional. We do not use this to send marketing messages.
When you open the App, your device requests the App’s files from our hosting provider. Like most websites, standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) may be processed by the host’s infrastructure and logs for security, reliability, and delivery. We do not use that to build a marketing profile in the App itself.
We plan to offer an optional one-time unlock (for example, before full use or install prompts). If and when payments are enabled, payment card details will be processed by a payment provider such as Stripe — not stored by the App on your device. That provider’s privacy policy will also apply to payment data. This section will be updated when checkout goes live.
The App is a general wellness/exercise planner and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a future feature that collects it, contact us and we will delete it where applicable.
The App may be accessed from different countries. Hosting and related infrastructure may process technical data in the United States or other regions where the provider operates.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App changes (for example, when payments launch). The effective date above will be revised when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
